1. Introduction
By accessing or using the website https://lefkara.travel ("Site") or any related services, including booking tools, newsletters, or informational content ("Services"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you ("User") and Lefkara.Travel, a registered trademark operated by Diakosmos Import & Export Co. Ltd, based in Cyprus.
Lefkara.Travel acts solely as a platform where independent hosts list accommodation and services. Bookings made through the Site form a contract between you (the guest) and the host. Lefkara.Travel is not a party to the rental agreement and shall not be held liable for any issues arising from the stay itself.

2. User Responsibilities
By using this Site, you agree:

• To provide truthful, accurate, and updated personal information;
• Not to misuse or damage the platform, upload malware, or conduct any illegal activity;
• Not to attempt unauthorized access to data or services;
• To use the booking system for personal, legitimate purposes only.

Lefkara.Travel reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy Booking Confirmation
Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit, depending on the listing's terms.

• Standard Cancellation Policy
• Full refund: If cancelled within 48 hours of booking, and at least 14 days before check-in.
• 50% refund: If cancelled at least 14 days before check-in.
• No refund: If cancelled less than 14 days before check-in or in case of no-show.

Refunds exclude any transaction or processing fees. In case of force majeure, guests must contact our support team with documentation to request an exception.
Some listings may offer different cancellation terms, they will be clearly stated on the property page.

4. User Accounts
To book or access certain features, you may need to register a personal account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at hello@lefkara.travel if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, videos, logos, and software, is the property of Lefkara.Travel or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not:

• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other legal notices;

However, we strive to work only with verified hosts and provide guest support in case of issues.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
